ANN DAVISFirm Administrator Ann has a diverse background in the areas of accounting, project management, human resources, and business management which she gained while spending many years in the construction and health care industries. She attended Linfield College and Oregon State University as well as ongoing continuing education at the community college level. Ann has volunteered for many years with Special Olympics and Skiforall, becoming a certified instructor for visually impaired skiers. In her free time, Ann enjoys gardening, hiking, home, and family. GREG ROTHParalegal Greg is a seasoned paralegal and investigator. Greg received his bachelor’s degree and a fifth year teaching certification at Arizona State University. He taught high school and college Spanish in California, Arizona, and Washington. Greg was also an Artillery Surveyor in the Army National Guard. In the Puget Sound area, he earned post-grad certificates in English at Seattle University and the Paralegal-plus program at ABA-approved Highline Community College. Before joining The Blankenship Law Firm, Greg worked at a personal injury firm in Kent, WA. He is fluent in Spanish, and he enjoys scuba diving, sailing, mountaineering, and tennis. ERICA BRUNETTEParalegal Erica graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice. She earned her Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College. Erica has previously worked as a teaching assistant at a private school and as a paralegal at a law firm. As a paralegal, she has worked in the areas of Personal Injury and other general Civil Litigation. In her free time, Erica enjoys watching movies, camping, hiking, and traveling. KIRSTEN E. KENNINGExecutive Legal Assistant Kirsten graduated from Rogue Community College with an Associates degree in Sociology. She earned her Legal Assistant Certificate from Abdill Career College and was the editor of Rogue Valley Law’s newsletter. Kirsten’s civil litigation experience is in the area of employment, construction defect, and business disputes. Kirsten values an environmentally conscious lifestyle and is an outdoor restoration/sustainability volunteer. Kirsten is an avid runner, and in her free time she loves drawing, skiing, hiking and camping with her family. KRISTINA KHALEGHILegal Clerk Kristina graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in International Studies and a minor in Human Rights. She assists with a wide variety of administrative tasks at the firm, including file and document organization, drafting correspondence, maintaining the firm website, and assisting in marketing. Kristina is interested in community service and is an active volunteer. Her volunteer work has included assisting at a nursing home and hospital, and tutoring ESL students. She enjoys reading, drawing and watching movies. Kristina plans on attending law school after graduation. ALEX MONTGOMERYLegal Intern Alex graduated from Seattle University with a degree in Philosophy and a minor in Spanish. He also plays tennis for S.U.'s Division I men's team, and has volunteered as a counselor with Seattle Rotary Boys and Girls Club, all while maintaining a 3.9 GPA. Alex plans to continue his education in law school. His responsibilities at the firm include document management, correspondence and assisting with various case projects.
